Good to know

• Our prices are per apartment per day for up to 4 people, excluding meals and final cleaning
• Final cleaning fee: € 50 per stay
• Additional costs: change of bed linen and towels, travel cot and high chair on request.
• Local tax: 2,00 € per guest and night (from 18 years) for the first 5 nights
• Minimum stay: 2 nights

• The booking is made exclusively via our booking portal and is only considered confirmed after receipt of full payment and a subsequent written confirmation from our side.
• We accept the following payment methods: Credit and debit cards 

• up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge (except for non-refundable rates)
• from day 13 before arrival and no-show: 100% of the booking price

In the event of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, health emergencies, proven inability to travel), alternative solutions such as postponement of the booking or an equivalent voucher may be considered at the discretion of the establishment. A full refund is only possible if the establishment is unable to guarantee the stay.

• Check-in: from 15:00 hrs, Check-out: until 10:00 hrs
• The numerical access code will be communicated via the relevant channels (e-mail, chat or SMS) after online check-in. The code is not transferable and must not be given to a third party.
• The personal access code is valid for the duration of your stay.
• When checking out, guests must ensure that all windows and doors are closed, lights and electrical appliances are switched off and all waste has been appropriately disposed of.

• Car parking spaces are NOT included in the booking. Please research public parking facilities in the vicinity. We recommend the Park San Giusto car park, which is just a few minutes' walk from Ca' Argento.

• By making a booking, our guests confirm that they have read the rules set out here and undertake to comply with them. In the event of non-compliance, property management reserves the right to cancel the booking with immediate effect and to request that the apartment be vacated. In this event, costs will not be reimbursed.
• Underage persons are only permitted to stay at Ca' Argento if accompanied by an adult with parental authority.
• Out of consideration for other guests and neighbours, any kind of noise disturbance must be avoided - especially between 23:00 and 8:00 hrs and on arrival and departure.
• Any complaints from neighbours must be reported to property management immediately.
• Pets are not permitted at Palazzo Ca' Argento.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire building.
• Guests are not permitted to receive visitors in the holiday apartment or communal areas of the building.
• Stag and hen parties, parties and gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited throughout the building.
• Waste separation is important to us and we ask our guests to dispose of waste and recycling independently and in accordance with the applicable regulations of the municipality of Trieste. Public collection containers are located in Piazza della Borsa (approx. 150 metres).
• Security and burglary protection: When leaving the building, guests are obliged to ensure that all windows and doors are properly locked and lights and electrical appliances are switched off. Property management assumes no responsibility for the security of personal belongings in the building.
• To avoid damage, moving around furniture in the apartment is not permitted. None of the fixtures and fittings including furniture, textiles and equipment, may be removed from the apartment.
• Any damage to the apartments or communal areas must be reported immediately to property management. Any costs incurred due to necessary repairs, cleaning work or replacement purchases will be invoiced. 

In the event of serious structural defects or significant deviations from the accommodation description, guests are entitled to a partial or full refund or a move to equivalent accommodation, if available. Requests for reimbursement must be submitted together with relevant documentation within 24 hours of arrival.

The apartments are located in the pedestrian zone in the historic centre of Trieste. Due to the location and architectural nature of the listed building, wheelchair accessible access is not possible throughout. Guests with special access needs are therefore requested to inform us of at the time of booking so that we can check and ensure unrestricted access to the holiday apartments.
